Format	Open to all GCHA members
Time, Place	The May and June 2006 GCHA Board meetings were combined, and held on Wednesday, May 31st starting at approximately 7:00 pm.	Location: Take Five Bar & Grill 6957 Harrison Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45247 513-353-0308

Attendance - Board members George Lehocky, David Kent, Jim Krailler, Bob Burkitt, Jack Dean, Greg Fite, Chris Lazarovski, Mike Reilly, and Will Straw were in attendance. Absent were Ron Rosselot and Dave Laxton.
Review of Minutes	Corrections and additions to April 2006 minutes	Jim Krailler
A typographical error was pointed out in the Caples 3-wall Tournament section of the minutes. Assuming this correction, the minutes of the April 2006 Board meeting, as posted on the website, were approved.
Treasurer's Report	Income / Expenditures / Current balance Membership Report	David Kent Jim Krailler
Income / Expenditures / Current balance - Treasurer David Kent reported a current balance $12,605.98 in the GCHA checking account. Jim Krailler reported that merchandise (gloves, balls) has been ordered for the Caples tournament. Membership Report - Jim Krailler reported that no new memberships have been received since the last meeting, leaving the number of members at 106 for 2006. A suggestion was made to cross-reference Caples Tournament entries for memberships.
Old Business	Red's Outing College Team Update Member Survey	George Lehocky Greg Fite David Kent
Reds Outing - George Lehocky has purchased 35 tickets for this spring's GCHA Reds outing. The Reds play the Chicago White Sox on Friday, June 16th at 7:05 pm. Tickets still remain and are priced at $20. College Team Update - Jim Wohl has announced that he is leaving the area and will no longer be able to coach the UC Handball team. He has volunteered to update the board at their July meeting. Member Survey - David Kent reported that ninety-six surveys have been mailed to current members, with a due date of June 30th. Results will be compiled at that time, with a summary presented to the Board at the July meeting.

Tournament Schedule - Jim Krailler reports that tournaments will be listed on the homepage of the website as they are received.
New Business	Other?	Board
Queen City Sponsorship - Mike Reilly accepted responsibility for the failure to collect Take Five's sponsorship fee for December's Queen City tournament. Tournament Team - Will Straw suggested that the GCHA provide a subsidy for members who participate in out-of-town tournaments. Board members discussed the idea briefly, and concluded that it would be address at a future board meeting.
