3-Wall Court Improvements - Bob Burkitt, Mike Reilly and Chris Lazarovski reported no new developments on the three-wall courts since the last meeting.

UC Handball Team - Sam Ma reported that the UC handball team has six new members attending regular practice. The club has been billed $400 for printing, but Sam is unsure of the source of the bill and is investigating. Practice days have changed, and are now on Monday, Thursday and Sunday, 7-9 pm. The club's faculty sponsor is Burt Huether.

Player Development from Ralph Weil - Ralph has written an article on the Saturday December 2nd gathering. Another development day has been set for Saturday, January 6th at the Athletic Club @ Waycross.

Publicity - Ron Rosselot reported no news on contacts with local press. Greg Fite has posted two articles on Cincinnati.com.

ShortLine - David Kent wants to focus more energies on publishing a web-version of the ShortLine on a regular basis, with the next version scheduled for early January 2007. Articles are being solicited. Deadline will be January 8th, for publication in late January.

Team Tournament - Will Straw was absent, so there was no report on progress to establish team tournaments.

Golf Outing - Paul Baker reports that there were 43 golfers at this year's event, and money has been collected from 41. $380 made on split-pot with $190 to the GCHA. Once all accounts are rectified and payments made, the event made $621 profit. (Currently, the GCHA owes $250 in beer sponsorship, and two players need to pay for the event, for a total of $238.) A .pdf of the financial report is available.

Reds Game - George Lehocky will attempt to get tickets for the Reds v. the Chicago Cubs on July 27th. He wants to purchase 35 tickets for the game @ $24 each. If those tickets aren't available, the second choice will be Friday, June 29th v. St. Louis Cardinals. George will attempt to again get "Moondeck" tickets, and the Reds are marketing both games as "premier" events, at a higher ticket price than other games, and higher than previous years. David Kent proposed subsidizing tickets @ $4 to keep ticket price at $20. After a short discussion, the motion passed, 7-2.

Jacket Sales - George Lehocky noted that there have been a few jacket sales recently made to GCHA members who expressed a desire to purchase the National Masters jackets. He reports that these are limited quantities, and that providing balls and gloves for members will continue to be the emphasis of GCHA merchandise sales.

Annual BlueBall Tournament - Jim Krailler reminded board members that, again in 2007, this event is slated for noon on January 1st at the Veterans Park 3-wall courts.
