2005 Columbus
3-Wall Tournament

Results

August 13th
 & 14th

Steve Dykes sent in the results of the Columbus tournament, held on August 13th and 14th.

Casey Mayo slammed, carrying Ray to an incredible doubles final victory over the current 40+ 3 wall national champs, Phil Kirk and Jim Corrigan in two close games, and squeaking past Corrigan in a tie-breaker.

John Friedrich won the 40s, winning the first game by a couple of points and halfway through the second Marty Clemens pulled his back. Mark McCoy ran past Tom Clemens in the 50s final. Jerry Gartside took the 60s round robin.

Carlos Vazquez beat 3 wall rookie Victor Quevas, an up and coming player with years of one-wall experience, both from Cleveland. A doubles went to the Pape brothers over their step dad and someone else that I cannot currently remember.

Steve.
