17th Annual GCHA Golf Outing Friday, September 12th

Starting Time	"Shot-Gun" start at 12:30 PM Friday, September 12, 2003	Arrive at least 30 minutes before your Tee Time.
Signup Deadline	Friday, August 29, 2003	We must make final payment and confirm tee times to the golf course two weeks before the outing.
Who	Any handballer or friend, regardless of level of play. Each foursome must include a minimum of one (1) handball player.	Duffers welcome. We will be playing a scramble format.
Entry Fee	$70.00 per person	Price includes: greens fees, cart, souvenir, prizes, dinner and beer.
Guests	Additional $15.00 each	Spouses, friends, or those who can't make it for golf are encouraged to join us around 6:00 p.m. for dinner and drinks
Location	Green Crest Golf Course 7813 Bethany Road Mason, Ohio	Directions: North I-75 to Tylersville Road. Turn right (east) to Butler-Warren Road. Turn left (north) to Bethany Road. Turn left (west) for 1-2 miles to the golf course on the left.

Note	Sign up early, don't be shut out. Your check must be received by Friday, 8/29/03, to guarantee a spot.	We have confirmed tee times for 52 this year (first come, first served basis.)
