We must make final payment and confirm tee times to the golf course two weeks before the outing.

Who

Any handballer or friend, regardless of level of play. Each foursome must include a minimum of one (1) handball player.

Duffers welcome. We will be playing a scramble format.

Entry Fee

$70.00 per person

Price includes: greens fees, cart, souvenir, prizes, dinner and beer.

Guests Additional $20.00 each Spouses, friends, or those who can't make it for golf are encouraged to join us around 6:00 p.m. for dinner and drinks

Turn right (east) to Butler-Warren Road.
Turn left (north) to Bethany Road.
Turn left (west) for 1-2 miles to the golf course on the left.

Dear Friend of Handball,

As you know, the Greater Cincinnati Handball Association is celebrating it’s 20th Annual GCHA Golf Outing on Friday, September 15. This event is the most prestigious and best attended of all GCHA events. This organization is the glue that keeps current players together and helps develop new players for the future. This is the day that players get together, have fun, reminisce, tell lies, and schedule grudge matches.

I’m looking for "Hole Sponsor’s" for this day’s event. For a minimal investment, you can get you or your company some great exposure.

Here’s what you’ll get:
  • Sponsor Sign at the hole of your choice (based on availability). This sign will be 18" X 24" with your name or company name. You can also place business cards on the sign for player pick up.
  • Agenda mention. Your name of choice will be listed as a sponsor on the day’s event agenda.
  • GCHA Web Site Mention. Your name of choice will be listed on the GCHA web site.
  • Thank You & Mention at dinner awards banquet.
  • "Goodie Bag". As a sponsor you will be able to put a memento (logoed golf ball, tees, pen, etc.) or business card in our give away coolers to remind players of your company.

The Green Crest Golf Club is located in the upper middle class area of Mason, and West Chester. The individuals that live and play here are successful professionals and business owners. Your signage will not only be seen by the 48 to 70 participants of the outing, but also by the hundreds of other golfers who play on the course that day.

This is an opportunity for you or someone you know to expand their customer base. You never know when one of these players might be looking for a place to buy wine, need a plumber, want a room addition, need a realtor, need a financial advisor, need a coin counting machine, need a private investigator, want juice supplements, need someone to help with an older person, might need a new suit, might want to put their kid in a gym class, etc.

Sponsorship Fee:
  • GOLD = $380. Includes all the above and 4 complimentary golf outing registrations.
  • SILVER = $240. Includes all the above and 2 complimentary golf outing registrations.
  • BRONZE = $170. Includes all the above and 1 complimentary golf outing registration.
  • Hole Only = $125. Includes all the above and no golf.
  • Beer Sponsor = $250. Includes all the above and signage at the 19th hole (no golf).

Deadline: I need your response ASAP and no later than August 31, 2006. This will give me the lead-time I need to have the signs made up. Just reply to this email or call me at 252-6137 with your commitment.
