Deposit Payment
Reservations are confirmed with a $300 per person deposit, paid by check or cash. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit, at the cost of an additional $119 per person.

This tour is expected to fill quickly - don't delay!

Final Payment
Ba
lance, paid by check or cash, must be paid no later than August 14, 2004. The tour company does not accept credit cards on a custom group tour.

Cancellations, Penalties and Refunds
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Deposit - Deposit is fully refundable if land tour is cancelled within 7 days of booking [but prior to August 14, 2004.]. After 7 days, a $200 booking fee, per person, applies to any tour cancellation.

Balance - The following cancellation penalties apply if you have not purchased the comprehensive travel insurance. The travel insurance will cover all penalties for cancellation. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit; the cost is $119 per person.

Between 7 days after deposit and 64 days before departure date $200 per person
Between 63 and 21 days before departure date, 25% per person
Between 20 and 8 days before departure date 35% per person
Fewer than 8 days before departure date 50% per person
Day of departure 100% per person

Air Tickets
The roundtrip airfare from Chicago O'Hare Airport is included in your total tour price. Seats on flights are held once your deposit is paid. Airfares are guaranteed only after once tour balance is paid in full. Departure taxes on air tickets are government controlled and can change without notice. At the time of this printing, they are approximately $80 per person. Airfare portion of the tour is non-refundable unless tour participant has purchased travel insurance.
Passengers who wish to later apply the air ticket miles of this tour to their personal frequent flyer mileage program on Aer Lingus must keep the passenger coupon of the air ticket for that purpose. The passenger would then personally handle this action after the tour is over. The tour company will not issue copies of the air ticket once travel is completed. Tour cost without air tickets is a deduction of $200; however, airport transfers would not be included.

Meals
A full, cooked breakfast is offered each morning in your hotel. Included dinners at hotels are table d'hote. This dinner is a 4 course meal with 3 to 5 choices of appetizers, entrees and desserts with tea or coffee.

Luggage
Handling of one suitcase per person is included, and only one is permitted. One carry-on bag is allowed and is the responsibility of the passenger.

Clothing / Weather
Dress is generally casual and layered i.e. casual slacks, shirts with sweaters, comfortable shoes, rain/wind protection. November temperatures should range between 45°F. and 60°F. Temperatures and conditions vary little throughout Ireland, but the change from sun to clouds and rain and back again is a consistent part of the day. Geographically, Ireland is an island, so prepare for windy days!

Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is available and highly recommended. The $119 premium must be paid with the deposit. Please see insurance section for more details.

Tips
Tips to your tour director/driver, as well as for services of a personal nature, are not included and are left to your discretion.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach. Frequent comfort stops are made during travel time.

Documents
Documents will be distributed approximately 21 days before departure.
