Guidelines (back to top)
Cost The cost of $ 10.00 per person covers awards. First place team gets a pair of gloves; second place team gets a can of balls.
Format League consists of two divisions: A-level League and B-level League. Players should sign-up for only one division of their choice; league organizers reserve the right to assign players, as needed.
Partner Players can request to play with a specific partner. League organizers will respect that request if possible, but reserve the right to reassign players.
Matches

Matches consist of 2 21-point games and an 11-point tie-breaker, if needed. Eyeguards should be properly worn at all times.
All USHA rules apply. Players referee their own matches.

Serves Again, all USHA rules apply, including open serve; therefore, it is not necessary to alternate serves to opposing team members. If both teams wish to do so, they should agree prior to the start of the match amd mutually agree on consequences.
Schedule

Matches are scheduled on Friday evenings. All teams play each opponent in their division once. The schedule for the entire first round will be posted whenever it becomes available, even weeks into the league.
Players are responsible for resolving any and all schedule conflicts with their opponents. No-show teams will forfeit.

Times Times for all matches are set prior to the beginning of the league, as ell as court assignments. Please start and finish on time. Each match is scheduled for 90 minutes. If a team member is more than 15 minutes late, the team forfeits the first game. If you run out of time, the team that is ahead wins the game.
Absences If either player cannot make a scheduled game, use the sub list or the "bye" team to fill the opening. At least one team member should play each match.
Make up Games Missed matches can be made up at any time. There will be one extra week at the end of regular play for all final make-up games prior to posting the play-off schedule. Teams are responsible to contact one another to arrange schedule and verify match.
Standings

League standings are based on the number of games won. Final standings will be computed and posted one week after last scheduled match. In case of ties, head-to-head results will break the tie.
The top two teams of the B-league will move up to the A-league for the winter league, and the bottom two A-league teams will move to the B-league.

Scores Report scores to Paul Baker or the front desk. Scores will be posted on this site as soon as possible. (Call Jim Krailler, 513-984-2054 with corrections and additions. Please leave message if no answer.)
