Payment must accompany mailed entry. On-line entrants can pay at the door.

Entry Fee

Players may enter two divisions.
GCHA members, subtract $ 5.

$ 40.00 for first event
$ 15.00 for second event

$ 15.00 for students (1 or 2 events)
$ 10.00 for juniors (13 & under)

Guidelines
Officiating

2 games to 21, 11 point tiebreaker
USHA Red Label ball will be used
USHA rules will apply

Losing team or player must supply referee for following match
Eyeguards must be properly worn at all times

Play begins Friday, December 8th, 2006 at 5:00 pm. Brackets with starting times will be posted on this site when available.
