Eligibility	Residents of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Eastern Pennsylvania and West Virginia are eligible to play.	Open to current USHA members only. Players may join at registration.
Guidelines	2 games to 21, 11 point tiebreaker if needed.	Spaulding Blue Ace will be used. Eyeguards must be properly worn at all times

Officiating	Non-winners must referee a following match
Starting Times	Brackets with starting times will be posted on this site when available.	Playing times available from Canal Square YMCA on Wednesday, March 15th between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm. Phone: 330-434-9622 330-434-YMCA
Hospitality	Hospitality room all weekend.	Players' party Saturday night.
Souvenir	Tournament souvenir T-shirt to each player.	Special souvenir to each champion.
