$ 35.00 for one event

Eligibility

Residents of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Eastern Pennsylvania and West Virginia are eligible to play.

Open to current USHA members only. Players may join at registration.

Guidelines

2 games to 21,
11 point tiebreaker if needed.

Spaulding Blue Ace will be used.
Eyeguards must be properly worn at all times
