We reserve the right to combine divisons or change format, based on number of entries.

Entry Fee

Players may enter two divisions.
Non-USHA members, add $10.

$ 40.00 for one event
$ 50.00 for two events

$ 20.00 for College student
$ 10.00 for juniors (17 & under)

Guidelines
Officiating

2 games to 21, 11 point tiebreaker
USHA Red Label ball will be used
USHA rules will apply

Losing team or player must supply referee for following match
Eyeguards must be properly worn at all times
