Handball classes will be held at The Athletic Club @ Waycross on Saturday morning at 10 AM, beginning on October 4, 2008 and will continue through the Fall. All ages of men and women are invited. Sessions are particularly pointed to athletic students in high school, former athletes, those looking for stress relief, cardiovascular buildup, and cross training. The cost will be $5. Handball gloves, eye guards, and handballs will be available to borrow or buy. Classes will be taught by Ralph Weil, Marion Kollstedt, and other members of the Greater Cincinnati Handball Association (GCHA).

The format will be lecture and demonstration for 15-20 minutes, supervised and instructional play for 45 minutes, one hour of free play in singles and doubles.
